§ 14-32. Penalty.

Delay in payment. A penalty of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be invoked for the first thirty (30) days of such delinquency, seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for the next thirty (30) to sixty (60) days of such delinquency and one-hundred ($100.00) dollars for the next (60) to ninety (90) days' delinquency. At ninety (90) days' delinquency, the account will be turned over to the municipal judge for setting of penalty and charging of misdemeanor against business owner.
