§ 14-54. Receipts from city not to be included in gross receipts.

The term "gross receipts" as used in this division shall not be construed to include that portion of such gross receipts as is derived from the city, or any of its agencies or instrumentalities, or from large industrial users taking the rate designated as "primary high load factor rate."
