§ 14-65. "Gross receipts" defined.

The term "gross receipts" as used in this division shall not be construed to include that portion of such gross receipts as is derived from the city, or any of its agencies or instrumentalities, or from large industrial users under rates not applicable to the public generally by reason of the extent of such use and taking rates on specially written contracts at special rates.
