§ 14-67. Certain receipts exempt from provisions of division.

The receipts of any person described in this division which are derived from supplying gas to the city, or any of its agencies or instrumentalities, or which are derived from large industrial users of such service under rates not applicable to the public generally by reason of the extent of such use and taking rates on specially written contracts at special rates are hereby exempt from the provisions of this division.
