§ 15-102. Parking on public street in same spot.

  • It shall be unlawful for any owner or operator to park continuously or cause to be parked any motor vehicle or truck on any public street in the same parking space in excess of five (5) consecutive days without moving such vehicles to enable proper cleaning and care of such street.

    It shall be unlawful for any owner or operator to park continuously or cause to be parked any boat, personal watercraft, boat or watercraft trailer, or trailer used for the transport and hauling of animals, or trailer used for the transport of construction equipment and or materials, or trailer used for the transport of motor-vehicles, or trailer used for the transport of furniture, or tractor-trailer, or recreational vehicle on any public street in the same parking space in excess of forty-eight (48) hours. It shall be unlawful to use any such public street as the permanent parking location of any of the above-enumerated items.
