§ 17-52. Occupying bawdy house, house of assignation, brothel.

It shall be unlawful for any person, male or female, in this city to be an inmate of or boarder or lodger in, or in any way to contribute to, the support of any bawdy house, house of ill-fame, assignation house or other place kept or maintained therefor.
