§ 17-73. Interfering with freight in railroad depots.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person within this city to interfere with freight of any kind deposited on the public landing, or which is in or on any railroad car, or in any railroad depot or warehouse, by standing or sitting on the same, or by taking it down after it has been piled up, or by uncovering it, or in any way or by any means injuring such freight.
