§ 18-4. Vehicles prohibited in parks; exclusions.

All motor vehicles, trucks, motorized cars, bicycles, motor bikes or other vehicles of any kind shall be prohibited within the Crystal City Park; provided, however, said vehicles shall be permitted from time to time on those surfaced roadways within said park now known as Park Drive and Lake Drive, at those times and upon those conditions as announced by the park board and posted at or near the entrance of said park. This section excludes those vehicles commonly used for the conveyance of babies, small children and incapacitated persons, such as buggies, strollers and wheel chairs, and those vehicles used in connection with the maintenance and repair of park facilities.
