§ 19-29. Duty to recommend improvements and consult with officials.

(a)

The planning and zoning commission shall, from time to time, recommend to the appropriate public officials programs for public structures and improvements and for the financing thereof.

(b)

It shall also be part of the duty of the planning and zoning commission to consult with public officials and agencies, public utility companies, civic, educational, professional and other organizations, and with citizens with regard to protecting and carrying out the plans.
