§ 21-1. False reports of accidents.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to make or cause to be made a false report to any police officer or other official in the city, whose duty it is to investigate accidents, that an accident has occurred upon the public streets or elsewhere, knowing at the time that no accident has occurred.
