§ 23-6. Duty to keep sidewalks clean.

It shall be the duty of all persons owning or occupying stores or other buildings which abut a public sidewalk to keep that portion of the sidewalk in front of their store or building free of mud, dirt, filth, snow, ice or any other similar substance.
