§ 27-15. Violations; penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished as provided by section 1-8, and such conviction shall be cause for revocation of the license at the discretion of the mayor and the members of the city council.
