§ 28-13. Definitions.

As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:

City water clerk shall mean the person appointed and detailed to perform that special duty.

Inspector shall mean the person who may be appointed for that special duty.

Superintendent shall mean the duly superintendent of the water department of the city.
