§ 28-19. Enforcement of article.

Latest version.

It shall be the duty of the committee on water supply, treatment and distribution to see that this article and all ordinances of the city relating to the supply and distribution of city water are strictly enforced and that all persons violating any provisions thereof shall be promptly brought to trial.
