§ 28-150. International Private Sewage Disposal Code adopted.

(a)

There is hereby adopted by reference the 2003 Edition of the International Private Sewage Disposal Code, as published by the International Code Council, Inc. subject, however, to such amendments and editions which may appear elsewhere in this article and except insofar as such provisions by their very nature, could have no application in the city.

(b)

When future editions and revisions of the International Private Sewage Disposal Code go into effect, the modifications which may be contained in this article shall remain in effect until revised by the city council.

(c)

New editions or revisions of the International Private Sewage Disposal Code shall go into effect thirty (30) days after the receipt by the city clerk of three (3) copies of such edition or revision, provided the city council adopts said edition and revisions by an ordinance that is duly passed.
