§ 2-142. Employees covered by this division.

Latest version.

All employees of the City of Crystal City, Missouri, on a monthly salary except elected officials and employees who are covered by hourly wages and subsequent amendments or additions thereto, or persons appointed to office whose duties, compensations and benefits are covered by other ordinances, shall be covered by this division and shall be hereinafter referred to as salaried employees.
