§ 2-163. Death in immediate family.

(a)

Employees shall be entitled to leave up to five (5) days with pay for death in the immediate family per qualifying family member listed below. Immediate family shall include only father, mother, spouse, children, sister, brother, mother-in-law, and father-in-law of present living spouse.

(b)

An employee will be granted up to two (2) days off to attend the funeral of his or her grandparents (s) and spouse's grandparent(s),

(c)

An employee will be granted one (1) day off to attend the funeral of their sister-in-law or brother-in-law.
