§ 2-165. Long-term disability.

Long term disability insurance will be provided to full-time employees. This benefit applies to accidents or injuries not work related. It shall commence paying benefits after the one hundred and twelfth (112) day of accident or injury resulting in loss of work. It shall supplement sixty (60) per cent of the current salary, up to two thousand eight hundred dollars ($2,800.00) per month.
