§ 2-223. Drugs tested for; test methodology and collection procedures.

  • (a)

    When drug screening is required under the provisions of this policy, a urinalysis test will be given to detect the presence of the following drugs:

    (1)

    Amphetamines (e.g., speed)

    (2)

    Barbiturates (e.g., amorbarbital, butabarbital, phenobarbital, secobarbital)

    (3)

    Cocaine

    (4)

    Propoxyphene (darvocet)

    (5)

    Opiates (e.g., Codeine, heroin, morphine, hydromorphone, hydrocodone)

    (6)

    Phencyclidine (PCP)

    (7)

    THC (Marijuana)

    (8)

    Drugs specified on the State of Missouri, Schedule of Controlled Dangerous Substances.

    *Cut-off limits established by the Department of Health and Human Services in their mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs.

    (b)

    When alcohol screening is required under provisions of this policy, a blood test will be given to detect the presence of alcohol.
