§ 3-32.5. Limiting number of liquor licenses for consumption on the premises where sold.

  • The maximum number of licenses issued for the sale of intoxicating liquor to be consumed on the premises where sold in force at any one (1) time in any year shall not exceed fourteen (14) in number; or, in the event the number of residents of the city shall exceed five thousand (5,000), one (1) for every five hundred (500) residents or any portion of five hundred (500) residents within the city as determined by the last official U.S. census count.
