§ 3-45. Sales authorized when January 1st, March 17th, July 4th or December 31st falls on Sunday.

  • When January 1st, March 17th, July 4th or December 31st falls on Sunday, any person having a license to sell intoxicating liquor by the drink may be open for business and sell intoxicating liquor by the drink under the provisions of his license on that day from the time and until the time which would be lawful on any other day of the week, notwithstanding any provision of this section or any other provisions of law to the contrary.
