§ 14-70.7. No reduction in gross receipts tax.

  • Pursuant to RSMo 393.275, and any and all other applicable authority, the City of Crystal City shall, without reduction, maintain its current gross receipts tax of six and one-half (6.5) percent on privately owned utility companies and corporations, including but not limited to electric and gas utilities, regardless of any periodic fluctuations in the tariffs of such utility companies or corporations now or in the future, or any notice thereof that may be given by such utility companies or corporations, including, but not limited to, notice sent by the public service commission on August 25, 2011 to the city, and any notices sent under RSMo 393.275 in the future.
