§ 17-17. Gaming houses.

(a)

No person shall knowingly permit any gambling table, bank or device to be set up or used for the purpose of gaming in any house, building, shed, booth, shelter, lot or other premises belonging to him or occupied by him, or of which he has possession or control at the time.

(b)

No person in the city shall set up and keep a common gaming house.
