§ 17-18. Leasing premises to another for use as a gaming house.

No person shall lease or let to another any house or other building, or any rooms therein, for the purpose of setting up or keeping therein any of the gaming tables, banks or devices prohibited by this article, or for the purpose of being used and kept as a gaming house.
