Editor's note— Ord. No. 1429, adopted August 22, 2005, added provisions to the Code as ch. 14, art. XI, regarding obscenity. Therefore, at the discretion of the editor, former § 17-49 has been repealed as being superseded by the provisions of ch. 14, art. XI.
