§ 28-70. Authority to estimate amount of water used when meter not working.

Latest version.

In case any water meter fails to register for any cause, the amount charged for water during such period shall be estimated by the superintendent or city water clerk. Such estimates shall be based on the average amounts registered during a like previous period.
