§ 3-36. Notice of hearing to suspend or revoke license.

In any proceeding before the city council to suspend or revoke a license required by this division, the notice of such proceeding shall be in writing and shall be sufficiently definite to advise the licensee of the charges against him and the grounds upon which his license is sought to be suspended or revoked, and shall state therein the time and place when the matter of suspending or revoking such license will be heard. Any application or notice found to be insufficient may be amended on such terms as may be just.
