§ 3-37. Dance halls or amusement devices prohibited on licensed premises.

  • No license for the sale at retail of intoxicating liquor of all kinds or for sale at retail of beer containing in excess of three and two-tenths (3.2) per cent alcohol by weight, by the drink for consumption on the premises where sold, shall be issued to any person who operates a dance hall on the premises where such liquor is sold or in connection with such premises or business, or who permits an amusement device on or in connection with such premises, which device is used to attract or draw public attention to such premises. It shall be unlawful for any person holding either of said liquor licenses to operate a dance hall or amusement device on or in connection with the premises where such liquor is sold.
