§ 5-21. Permit cards to be printed, issued and posted.

(a) The building committee shall have building permit cards, printed of a suitable size and character and delivered to the building commissioner to be used as required in this section.

(b) It shall be the duty of the building commissioner to deliver to any person to whom a building permit is issued one (1) of the building permit cards as provided in this section.

(c) Every person securing a permit for any construction for which a license is insured by the building commissioner shall post and display a building permit card, furnished by the building commissioner, at the place of the proposed construction in such manner as to be readily seen.
